More of a mildly-interactive prose piece than true Interactive Fiction, the story bases itself around protagonist Dani&#8217;s digital keepsakes as they enter into a new relationship, and discover themselves through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wrote <em>Things to Share<\/em> as both a final piece for one of my university modules, and an introduction to the &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inklestudios.com\/ink\/\">Ink<\/a>&#8216; narrative scripting language (which it was written in, though the online version runs through <a href=\"https:\/\/elliotherriman.itch.io\/calico\" class=\"ek-link\">Calico<\/a>). It is inspired by&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/232430\/Gone_Home\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Gone Home<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPORTANT:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>This story contains profanity, sexual scenes, sounds of crying, and displays a somewhat dysfunctional queer relationship. Please play at your own discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecting &#8216;DaisysSong.mp3&#8217; will trigger an .mp3 file to play. You can stop it by selecting a new file, but there is no way to&nbsp;lower the volume from within the game\u2014though it is short.
